Houston Diesels October Meet 
Please come join us October 15th from 4pm-8pm at Brick House in Humble. We will have reserved parking, the full patio, and a DJ! We will be raising money for The Battle Ship Texas Foundation through our $1 raffle. Please bring a friend or family. Please be respectful of the property and patrons. NO coal rolling, light bar flashing, train horns, burn outs, or any other obnoxious activities.

Houston Diesels Friendsgiving
Please come join us November 12th from 11am-6pm for our Thanksgiving feast. This is an BYOB and BYOF event. This is pot luck style. We ask that you please sign up to bring something for the event. Link for sign up, is below. While at the event we will have a DJ, bounce house, tons of games, and a huge field to play in. Please bring friends and family and tables and chairs. This event is always a blast and great time together. Event starts at 11 and we will eat about 1pm. This year we will be raising money for Generation Youth Gap Sports, a organization that helps inner city youth play sports. Please be respectful of the property, NO coal rolling, burn outs, light bar flashing, air horns or other obnoxious activities. If the field is wet, use 4wd and be careful! Houston Diesels Insane Christmas

Please come join us December 17th, at Bull Sallas Park in New Caney, Tx. from 2pm-9pm for Houston Diesels Insane Christmas! We will have food trucks, bounce houses, a BIG snow slide, petting zoo, face painter, balloon artist, two live bands, a kid’s power wheel car show and parade, AND a chili cook off! All proceeds raised will be going to March of Dimes and all toys will be going to The Montgomery County Women’s Center. Entry into the event is FREE! Please bring one or more NEW toys for “entry”, if you can. We will have $1 raffles, live and silent auctions as well. A schedule of events will be posted closer to the time of event. Please ensure that you are respectful of the property and event when attending. Absolutely NO coal rolling, light bar flashing, burn outs, train horns or any other obnoxious activities. NO outside alcohol! There will be an onsite bar. Law enforcement will be present as well.

            Kids power wheel car show and parade-

The entry fee for the kid’s car show and parade is $10 and may be prepaid online on the club website or at the gate the day of the event. The cut off time to register the day of is 3pm. The categories for judging are as follows- Lifted, Best Christmas decorated, best club rep, and Best tractor. There will be first and second place awards for each category. All entry fees will be donated to the cause. Children under the age of 3 will not be able to participate in the parade unless the power wheel is controlled by an adult by remote control.             Chili cook off!

Team entry is $100 with a maximum of 4-person team. Absolutely NO premade items allowed besides whole foods such as beans, tomatoes, meat, etc. No crock pots are allowed. Each team will have their own booth space and be allowed to use a tent for coverage or small trailer for cooking. A generator is allowed for general power and hot plates. Each team MUST have a fire extinguisher and show it to the representative over the cook off prior to beginning to cook. Judging will be based on flavor and presentation by the patrons who choose to participate. Cook off teams will be allowed to enter the gate no earlier than 12pm for setup. Cooking may not start until 1pm. All judging slips will be turned in no later than 4pm. Pay outs for winners of the cook off will be as follows- 1st place- $300, 2nd place- $200, 3rd place- $100. For anyone who is wanting to judge the food, may participate by purchasing a $5 wrist band. This may be done either prior to the event online or the day of in person. Wrist band sales will stop the day of at 3pm. All judges will go by each booth for a taste testing, and then turn in their choices to the boxes at the booth. (details on judging turn in to follow). Cook teams will be required to provide plates/ small sampling bowels/ small cup (cook team choice) and eating utensils for the judges. All cook teams must preregister prior to the event on the club website. No teams will be allowed to sign up the day of the event. All proceeds from the cook teams and wrist bands will be donated to the charity. If you are assigned to a cook team, you cannot participate in judging.
